FriendlyBamboo operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You will use the products for commercial or resale purposes only.
We reserve the right to request business verification documents.
2. Products & Specifications
- All products are subject to availability.
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, and packaging may vary slightly due to natural bamboo material variations or production updates.
- Custom orders are subject to agreed technical specifications and approved samples.
FriendlyBamboo reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice if required for improvement or compliance.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders must be submitted in writing (email, purchase order, or through our website).
- Orders are subject to written confirmation by FriendlyBamboo.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply unless otherwise agreed.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Failure to notify within the specified period constitutes acceptance of goods.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns require prior written authorization.
- Custom or private label products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after inspection.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the FriendlyBamboo website, including:
- Logos
- Product designs
- Images
- Text
- Branding
are the intellectual property of FriendlyBamboo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Custom branding provided by customers remains the property of the customer; however, FriendlyBamboo may use non-confidential samples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential:
- Pricing structures
- Product designs
- Technical information
- Trade secrets
This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- FriendlyBamboo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total invoice value of the goods in dispute.
- We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification of products.
11. Force Majeure
FriendlyBamboo shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Pandemics
- Supply chain disruptions
- Events beyond reasonable control
Production timelines may be extended accordingly.
12. Compliance & Regulations
Buyers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local laws and regulations in their destination country, including import restrictions, labeling, and certification requirements.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Payment obligations are not met
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
